I received the package on 31 Dec 2022. When I unpacked it, I found a large plastic bag carrying the 12 bottles of zoono was wet inside. After checked, the lid of one of the bottles was open and 5 of them were loosen. I actually received 6 full bottles only. It was most likely caused by the inappropriate packaging as there was only 1 large plastic bag and a few pcs of crashed brown paper for protection. They was not packed in the brown gift box as shown in the picture. There was plenty of space inside the DHL box. It was almost none of protection for the bottles, so the lids were loosen when they were crashing one another. I attached some pictures through hello@zoono.com for your reference. If you zoom in the pictures, you will see the liquid. Could you resend the 6 bottles to me for replacement?
